How we work together, in plain English.
Last updated: October 25, 2026
These terms apply when you use this website or hire Viridian Blue Solutions ("we", "us"), a family-run business owned by Wyatt Bunn and Chance McDade, based in Central Illinois. If we give you a written quote or agreement that says something different, the written quote or agreement wins.

Our services
- Free consultation. A 30-minute call. No cost and no obligation.
- Assessment + Fix #1. An AI-led interview with you and your team, a written report ranking ideas by time saved (delivered within 5 business days after the interviews are complete), a 30-minute walkthrough call, and Fix #1: up to 5 hours of build time on one quick win from your report, set up in your accounts, with a short training session and 30 days of support after it's delivered.
- Monthly support. Optional, month to month. We keep your tools running and up to date, make small tweaks as your business changes, and help with your next quick win.
- Bigger projects. Anything beyond Fix #1, quoted separately.
Quotes and scope
Every price is fixed and given to you in writing before work starts. We agree the scope of Fix #1 in writing before we build it. If your top idea needs more than 5 hours, we'll quote it separately. Bigger projects are quoted with a price cap, and we won't go over that cap without your written approval. If the scope changes, we'll give you a new written quote first.
Prices and payment
- Assessment + Fix #1: $997 introductory price when booked by December 20, 2026. The regular price is $1,495 starting December 21, 2026. The fee is invoiced when you book and is due before the interview.
- Monthly support: $249 for the first month, then $349 a month, billed at the start of each month.
- Bigger projects: paid as set out in the written quote.
- Third-party tools: software subscriptions are set up in your name and billed to you directly by the provider. Those costs aren't included in our prices, and the report tells you what they'll be before you sign up for anything.
If an invoice is unpaid for more than 15 days, we may pause work until it's settled.
Our guarantee
If we don't find at least 5 hours a week you could get back, you get a full refund of the assessment fee and keep the report. Here's exactly how that works:
- How it's measured. We add up the weekly hours estimated in your report for the ideas we recommend (those rated Build, Buy, Simple fix or Wait, not those rated Don't). The estimates use the figures you and your team give us, and the report shows the math for each one.
- When you'll know. If the total is under 5 hours a week, we'll tell you at or before the walkthrough call, before we build Fix #1.
- Your choice. You can take a full refund of the assessment fee and keep the report, or have us build Fix #1 anyway. If you choose to have Fix #1 built, the refund no longer applies.
- How to ask. Email us within 14 days after your walkthrough call. We'll refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- What it doesn't cover. Third-party tool costs you've paid to other providers, monthly support and bigger projects. The guarantee is about what the assessment finds. How much time you actually save depends on how the changes are used.
Monthly support
Monthly support is month to month, with no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel any month by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for, and we don't refund partial months. Small tweaks and fixes are included. Larger changes are quoted separately in writing.
Your accounts, data and what we build
- Accounts and subscriptions are set up in your name. Your logins and your data belong to you from day one.
- Once you've paid, what we build specifically for your business is yours, and it keeps working if you stop working with us.
- We keep ownership of our general know-how, templates, interview questions and tools that aren't specific to your business, and you may use any of them that are part of what we deliver to you.
- When a project ends, or whenever you ask, we'll hand over anything we hold and remove our access to your accounts.
Your part
- Give us accurate information. Our estimates are only as good as the figures we're given.
- Only share accounts and information you have the right to share.
- Tell your staff about the interview and make sure everyone taking part agrees to be recorded. We provide a consent form and script.
- Don't share patient records or other protected health information unless we've signed a Business Associate Agreement first.
- Review AI output before relying on it, and follow the laws that apply to your business, including rules about calling, texting and recording customers.
What AI can and can't do
AI tools can make mistakes. They can produce wrong, incomplete or inappropriate answers, and their behavior can change when the provider updates them. We set things up so a person reviews anything customer-facing unless you choose otherwise, but you're responsible for decisions made using AI output. Third-party services can change their prices, features or terms, or shut down. We're not responsible for those changes, though we'll help you adjust if you're on monthly support.
Time and cost savings in our report and on this website are good-faith estimates, not promises of results (apart from the refund guarantee above). The bakery on our homepage is a made-up example.
Not legal, tax or security advice
We're not lawyers, accountants or a cybersecurity firm. Nothing we tell you is legal, tax, compliance or security advice, even when we point out something worth checking. Talk to a qualified professional about those questions. We do follow sensible security practices in everything we set up.
Confidentiality and privacy
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to work for you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle recordings and personal information.
Limits of liability
We do our work with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that and the guarantee above, our services are provided as they are, without other warranties, to the extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
Ending a project
Either of us can stop a project by giving written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point, and we hand over everything finished so far. The guarantee and the monthly support terms above still apply.
Illinois law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. If there's ever a disagreement, please talk to us first, since most things can be sorted out with a phone call. If not, any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. The terms in place when you agreed to a quote apply to that work.
